Our Service provides AI-powered image transformation and generation capabilities. Users can upload images and transform them without writing prompts. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each image generation consumes 2 credits.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

Available Plans

• Basic: 100 credits/month ($9.9/month or $99.9/year)
• Plus: 400 credits/month ($29.9/month or $329.9/year)
• Pro: 1600 credits/month ($99.9/month or $899.9/year)

Credit System

• Each image generation costs 2 credits
• Credits rollover monthly (unused credits carry forward)
• Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Billing and Payments

• All prices are in USD
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• No refunds for unused credits or partial months

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Service to:

• Generate images for personal or commercial use
• Create derivative works from your generated images
• Share your creations (with proper attribution when required)

You may NOT:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws

6. Content Rights and Licensing

Your Content

• You retain all rights to images you upload
• You grant us a license to process your uploads for generation purposes
• You are responsible for having the right to upload any content

Generated Content

• You own the images generated through our Service
• Generated images are subject to the following license terms:
  • Personal use: Unlimited
  • Commercial use: Allowed with active subscription
  • Attribution: Not required but appreciated

Our Rights

• We retain all rights to our Service, AI models, and technology
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Service
• We may showcase user creations (with permission)

7. Privacy and Data Protection
